Josh Hart and Tom Thibodeau got in a tense screaming match on the sideline during the New York Knicks 97-94 loss to Golden State on Saturday night.
During a timeout and with the Knicks down by nine, the pair was seen raising decibels at each other as Hart struggled, missing all seven of his field goal attempts in 39 minutes of play.
In the video, the frustrated Hart appeared to complain about something to Thibodeau, who turned red while furiously responding to his player.
The exchange continued for over ten seconds before a staff member tapped Hart, signaling him to calm him down. Knicks guard Landry Shamet also got up and started clapping to break the tension.
Nonetheless, the Knicks lost the game in their fourth defeat in six games.
Karl-Anthony Towns led New York in scoring with 29 points followed by OG Anunoby’s 23. Mikal Bridges and Miles McBride contributed 19 points each.

The Knicks travel back cross-country to host Miami on Monday night while the Warriors continue their season-long seven-game homestand when the Nuggets visit Tuesday night.
