Kevin De Bruyne will reportedly decide on his new club next week after receiving an offer from newly crowned Serie A champions Napoli.
De Bruyne waved goodbye to Man City fans earlier this week in his final match at the Etihad Stadium.
His Man City career will conclude on Sunday when they travel to Fulham with the aim of sealing their place in the Champions League next season.
The club opted against renewing De Bruyne’s contract for next season, meaning the Belgian midfielder will depart the club after a decade that saw him win a wealth of honours including the Champions League and six Premier League titles.
Napoli, who were crowned Italian champions on Friday night, has been touted as a possible location for the 33-year-old.
Club president Aurelio De Laurentiis was coy about a move amid the title celebrations.

De Bruyne has an offer of a two-year deal from newly crowned Italian champions Napoli

Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis was coy about their pursuit of De Bruyne on Friday
‘Let us not ask indiscreet questions,’ he said.
‘We are working to create an even stronger and more competitive squad. We have wonderful players right now and will add more of the highest level.’
Napoli sporting director Giovanni Manna, however, said ‘He´s a strong player that we like, but we´re not the only ones following him.’
According to the Gazzetta Dello Sport, Napoli have already made De Bruyne an offer of a two-year contract with an option to extend for a further season.
De Bruyne, however, will reportedly have to accept a pay cut from his £300,000-a-week wages at Man City.
The report claims De Bruyne will give Napoli a definitive answer next week, with the Belgian also considering a more lucrative offer from MLS side Chicago Fire.
Manna has reportedly led Napoli’s pursuit of De Bruyne and travelled to Manchester to meet him in April.
De Bruyne’s wife Michele Lacroix was reported to have then visited Naples to search for apartments.

De Bruyne has spoken of making his family a priority as he decides his next club

De Bruyne’s long-term international team-mate Romelu Lukaku is already at Napoli
‘I want to finish these two games and then obviously, ultimately, after make a decision, but it’s not that easy,’ De Bruyne said after Man City’s FA Cup final defeat last weekend.
‘I have to take care of my family. I’ve got three kids, my wife, it’s not an easy process at this time. When you’re 20 years old it’s easy to make a decision, you can move to another country and it’s no problem.’
Asked if there are good schools in Naples, De Bruyne replied: ‘There has been information sought regarding all things. Once I have made my decision, everyone will know. I don’t want to be put under pressure.’
Should De Bruyne move to Napoli, he would team up with Belgian team-mate Romelu Lukaku, who scored the second goal in their title winning 2-0 win over Cagliari on Friday.
