Fans were treated to one of the greatest March Madness spectacles ever after a stunning end to Kentucky’s game against Santa Clara on Friday afternoon.
With just three seconds left in the second half, Santa Clara thought they had sealed a win after Allen Graves hit a stunning three-pointer to put them up 73-70.
However, Kentucky’s Otega Oweh didn’t give up and, after the restart, sprinted down the court before firing a shot from the logo, which bounced off the backboard and into the net to tie the game, much to the astonishment of those watching on.
