The former home of NFL legend and Colorado head football coach Deion Sanders is up for sale, listed this week at a stunning $5.5million days after his son, Shedeur Sanders, was wrapped up in NFL Draft drama.
The Prosper, Texas residence sits on nearly 30,000 square feet of land and has nine bedrooms and 11 bathrooms.
The Metroplex house is about 50 minutes north of downtown Dallas and appears to be where ‘Prime Time’ and his family have resided since 2022, long after his final season with the Cowboys, as the house was built in 1999.
It is also the home where Shedeur and Shilo Sanders spent time over the last few years, during the former’s ascent from prep prospect in nearby Cedar Hill to NFL rookie with the Cleveland Browns.
The luxury home features a home theater, an indoor pool, a two-lane bowling alley, an indoor basketball court, a sauna, a steam shower, a barbershop, a recreation room with bar, and a fitness center.
The primary bedroom also has a fireplace, kitchenette, and a built-in laundry station, a spa, and direct access to a garage.

The residence sits on nearly 30,000 square feet and has nine bedrooms and 11 bathrooms
The home has a eight-acre pond, a private dock, an outdoor pool, and an outdoor kitchen.
The residence has a 14-bay garage includes two oversized spaces ample enough to accommodate a yacht or RV.
The two-story home was placed on the market and had already amassed over 50,000 views on Zillow.
The home’s architecture also stands out, with a two staircases leading off the main foyer of the home.
The house was last sold, to Deion Sanders, in August 2022 for $5million, with the home previously also being sold in 2021.
Shedeur became the focal point of the NFL Draft last week as the son of Atlanta Falcons defensive coordinator Jeff Ulbrich prank called him before he was selected.
Deion Sanders’ son received the prank call after slipping out of the first few rounds after being perceived by some to be one of the best players in the 2025 class.
The Atlanta Falcons were fined $250,000 for the incident, while Ulbrich was personally fined $100,000, which is about three weeks of his yearly salary.

‘I’d like to publicly apologize to Shedeur and the Sanders family for what occurred,’ Ulbrich began. ‘Second of all, I want to publicly apologize to Mr. [Arthur] Blank, [general manager] Terry Fontenot, [head coach] Raheem Morris, and the entire Falcons organization.’
‘My actions of not protecting confidential data were inexcusable. My son’s actions were absolutely inexcusable. And for that, we are both deeply sorry. The NFL has taken action and I fully respect the punishment. We take full responsibility, my son and myself, and we will not be appealing the fine in any way. Going forward, I promise my son and I will work hard to demonstrate we are better than this. Again, I am deeply sorry for our actions.’
Neither Shedeur or Deion Sanders has spoken about the prank call publicly. The coach did say he and Jax are ‘taking this on the chin’ and action will take place to make sure they both learn from this incident.
Sanders was eventually taken by the Browns in the fifth round after Cleveland had already selected former Oregon quarterback Dillon Gabriel in the draft.
Alongside Gabriel and Sanders, the Browns also have quarterbacks Kenny Pickett, Joe Flacco and Deshaun Watson on their roster.
At maximum, only three will make the team’s 53-man roster to start the regular season, with Flacco and Watson near-locks to hold two of those spots with their contracts.
Sanders will enter his third season as Colorado’s highly controversial head coach this fall, leading the Buffaloes to a quick turnaround from one of the worst teams in a power conference.
