A storage unit belonging to Chad ‘Ochocinco’ Johnson has been purchased by an online influencer, who has now revealed a treasure trove of valuables, as well as a few cockroaches.

Known online as Prieto Hunters, the TikTok and YouTube star is one of a growing number of media personalities buying abandoned storage units, typically for a few hundred dollars.

The host claims to have bid $890 to secure this unit, and while the price hasn’t been confirmed, Johnson has acknowledged its contents did previously belong to him.

Responding to a post about the storage unit discovery, Johnson wrote on X: ‘I don’t want all that old a** s***.’

The storage unit’s location isn’t revealed, but the former Cincinnati Bengals receiver and popular podcaster has been living in southern California. And that could explain the condition of the storage unit, which appeared sweltering judging by the sweaty host and flock of cockroaches rummaging around.

Pests aside, the unit contained one four-figure item after another, from a reversable mink vest roughly estimated to be worth $5,000, to autographed memorabilia, including a jersey from Johnson’s late teammate, Chris Henry.

The host was particularly impressed with Johnson’s shoe collection, which included several pricey Yves Saint Laurent pairs, as well as a few less-desirable items.

‘Tommy Hilfiger,’ the host said as he pulled out one unwanted pair. ‘No thank you.’

One yellow pair of soccer cleats appeared to be signed by Brazilian legend Ronaldinho.

‘You think that’s Ronaldinho?’ the host asked his cameraperson. ‘We’re gonna have to preserve these.’

Perhaps the strangest item in the collection was a painting of nude women tongue kissing while one groped the other’s chest.

‘Interesting painting,’ the host commented.

Some of the items may have be valueless, like a framed photo of Johnson riding a bull.

Other memorabilia, such as autographed helmets and jerseys, could be difficult to price until everything is authenticated.

And then there were all the designer clothing and collectible guitars, all of which is likely worth thousands each.

‘We might come up in the unit,’ the influencer told his cameraperson.

It’s unclear how Johnson, who had nearly $50 million in career earnings, lost the storage unit. These days Johnson co-hosts Shannon Sharpe’s popular late-night podcast, Night Cap.
