Until recently, customers were limited to viewing items for review such as requisitions sent to them , information-only items which needed no action, and confirmation of requisitions that have been resolved.
HM Land Registry is pleased to announce that now portal users are also able to see requisitions responses which they or a colleague have submitted using the Reply to Requisitions feature, as well as additional documentation they or a colleague have submitted using Reply to Requisitions.
View Applications, which is available to all portal users, enables customers to manage their portal applications and correspondence in one place. Since it was introduced in 2020 HM Land Registry has continued to listen to customer insight and made a number of enhancements to the service and will continue to do so. In July 2024 improvements were made to the accuracy of the Estimated Completion Date and to the filters within View Applications to enable customers to better manage their application.
These recent changes have been made in response to customer feedback expressing the need to improve transparency in the application journey in order to progress the registration application more easily and, HM Land Registry’s vision to reflect the collaborative way many of our customers work, sharing applications between teams and colleagues which creates a need to see the full detail associated with an application.
