Find out how your tourism business can embark upon your accessibility journey

Making Tourism accessible is about providing a warm welcome for visitors, delivering a great service and offering amazing and memorable experiences for everyone – all elements which businesses in the tourism sector are already familiar with.

Join Tourism NI, along with event host Jamie Shields, Co-Founder of Disabled By Society, on Tuesday 29 April at Ebrington Hotel to hear more about how your tourism business can embark upon or continue your accessibility journey.

On the day Tourism NI will be revealing the results of industry research in this area and unveiling practical supports such as the Inclusive & Accessible Tourism Toolkit.

The toolkit will provide practical hints and tips alongside reassurance and confidence to move forward inclusively, however new or well-established your business is.

This session will also include best practice industry case studies, latest update on Accessibility Website Project and examples, tips & advice on what good looks like in relation to inclusivity and accessibility.

Who should attend?

This event is open to all tourism and hospitality businesses who would like to find out how to improve the accessibility and inclusivity of experiences you are offering to your customers and colleagues.
