- Polish strongman performs very impressive feats of strength
- Rafał Jaroszewski is known for his unconventional workouts
Polish weightlifter Rafał Jaroszewski is taking the internet by storm with his downright bizarre workout routines that are a million miles from the standard barbell lifts normally associated with the sport.
Jaroszewski, 40, has gained viral fame with eccentric workouts that blend jaw-dropping strength, incredible balance and a touch of family fun.
In one clip, he can be seen using a loaded 70kg barbell as a skipping rope. In another, he can be seen walking on a treadmill with an exercise bike strapped to his back while someone rides it.
His quirky workouts often include his family and groups of children, who he lifts off the ground while they use or hang onto pieces of gym equipment.
One of his videos shows him chest-pressing a woman as she exercises on a rowing machine, another clip features him pressing a barbell with a woman hanging off either end while he simultaneously does leg presses on a machine that three women are sitting on.
And the footage gets even more startling, with Jaroszewski also balancing on two upended barbells as a woman swings from a cord that he’s holding between his teeth.
