If you don’t already have a weekend watch lined up, we’re here to help.
It’s been 20 years since “The Devil Wears Prada” hit theaters and we’re officially one week away from the sequel’s release, so it’s time for a refresh.
The 2006 movie follows aspiring journalist Andy Sachs (Anne Hathaway) as she works as an assistant to a demanding fashion magazine editor, Miranda Priestly (Meryl Streep).
Hathaway and Streep will return in the upcoming sequel alongside Emily Blunt as Emily, another one of Miranda’s assistants in the first film, and Stanley Tucci as Nigel Kipling, the fashion director of Runway Magazine.
The upcoming sequel reunites Andy and Miranda at Runway as the landscape of media continues to change around them.
