The Labour Relations Agency (LRA) has published its draft Corporate Plan for 2025-2029. The draft corporate plan sets out the context in which the LRA works and outlines its plans for the next four years.
Helping to promote good jobs
The LRA’s Corporate Plan 2025-2029 looks at the importance of people and prosperity as it plays its part in the Department for the Economy’s three-year business plan by contributing to the good jobs agenda and the development of a Good Work Charter.
The LRA has developed three strategic themes based upon
- their normal external facing day-to-day work ranging from advice, facilitation, and conciliation;
- their work linked to the good jobs agenda promoting good jobs through strategic partnerships and effective engagement with stakeholders; and
- their internal facing staff, resourcing, and governance work.
