Domestic Abuse Commissioning Survey is now live

Domestic Abuse Commissioning Survey is now live

The Domestic Abuse Prevention Team is pleased to announce the launch of the Shropshire Domestic Abuse Commissioning Survey.

Commissioning is the process of assessing local needs and purchasing support services to achieve the best outcomes for those affected by domestic abuse.

This survey is open to everyone in Shropshire—whether you have personally experienced domestic abuse, supported someone who has, work in a related field, or simply want to share your views on what is needed in our community.

Your feedback will play a vital role in the commissioning process, by sharing your views we can better understand what’s working, where improvements are needed, and how we can better meet the needs of those affected by domestic abuse in Shropshire.

Your input is crucial in helping us design domestic abuse services that are safe, accessible, and truly supportive. The insights you provide will directly influence how services are planned and delivered across Shropshire.

Together, we can create services that make a real and lasting difference.

If at any point you feel distressed, please remember that support is available. Please see our domestic abuse page on Shropshire Council’s website for further information.

Survey opens: 2 June 2025

Survey closes: 23 June 2025
