Halton Stairlifts has been awarded the Feefo Trusted Service Award for 2026, reinforcing its reputation as a leading UK provider of stairlift supply and installation services.

This latest accolade marks the sixth year in a row that the company has secured Platinum status, reflecting a consistent commitment to delivering high-quality customer service throughout every stage of the customer experience.

The Feefo Trusted Service Awards are determined entirely by verified customer reviews, ensuring the recognition is based on genuine feedback and real-life experiences.

The award follows a period of strong development for the business, including the launch of a new 17,000 sq ft headquarters and customer showroom in Widnes.

The purpose-built premises give customers the opportunity to view and test a wide range of stairlifts, helping them make more informed and confident decisions.

The new site also supports the company’s continued growth, with increased stock capacity, enhanced operational efficiency and plans to expand its workforce further.

Since its beginnings in a garage in 2008, Halton Stairlifts has grown into a nationally recognised provider, assisting thousands of households across the UK with mobility solutions that support independent living.

Customer feedback frequently highlights the professionalism of the team, the speed and efficiency of installations and the reassurance provided throughout the entire process.

With consistently high ratings and a large volume of verified reviews, the company has established itself as one of the most trusted names within the stairlift sector.

Neil Mckenzie, Director at Halton Stairlifts, said:

“We are incredibly proud to receive the Feefo Trusted Service Award for 2026 and to achieve Platinum status for the sixth year in a row. This recognition is driven entirely by our customers, which makes it especially meaningful to everyone in the business.

“The opening of our new headquarters and showroom has been a huge milestone for us. It gives customers the opportunity to see and try our stairlifts before making a decision, while also allowing us to continue growing and improving the service we offer.

Our focus has always been on delivering a service that people can rely on during important moments in their lives. This award is a reflection of the hard work of our team and the trust our customers place in us every day.”

As demand for mobility solutions continues to rise, Halton Stairlifts remains committed to maintaining the standards that have earned it repeated recognition.

The company intends to continue investing in its people, infrastructure and customer experience to ensure it remains a trusted choice for households throughout the UK.
