Haley Kalil has demanded a judge throw out her ex-husband’s lawsuit regarding her viral comments about the size of his manhood.
The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model has filed an official motion to dismiss the invasion of privacy case brought by former NFL star Matt Kalil at the end of 2025.
While the retired offensive tackle insists her viral remarks about his anatomy subjected him to ‘widespread ridicule’, Haley is fighting back – insisting she was actually ‘praising’ him and describing her own ‘sexual trauma’.
In the new legal documents, seen by TMZ, Haley argues that the former Minnesota Viking is ‘cherry-picking’ her words to paint a false narrative of the incident.
Haley famously described Matt’s manhood as being the size of ‘two soda cans’ during a livestream in November 2025.
However, she claims in her filing that she was not mocking him, but rather providing a ‘truthful, autobiographical account’ of the ‘anatomical incompatibility’ that destroyed their marriage.

Her legal team states that their ‘loving union… was ultimately hindered by an unfortunate physical incompatibility’ that rendered a ‘normal sexual relationship impossible’.
Haley is begging the court to toss the lawsuit, arguing that she cannot be held civilly liable for sharing her own life experiences.
Her lawyers contend that Matt is seeking to ‘hold a woman in the public eye civilly liable for providing a truthful, autobiographical account of sexual trauma she suffered and described as having led to the end of a highly publicized celebrity marriage with an NFL football star’.
Attorneys for the former NFL player, however, have firmly rejected this defense.
Ryan Saba, representing Matt Kalil, scoffed at the motion to dismiss, telling TMZ that Haley ‘wantonly disclosed private and intimate details’ for the purpose of ‘profiting’.
‘Haley Kalil’s motion… does not dispute the fact that she wantonly disclosed private and intimate details about Matt Kalil that resulted in widespread ridicule,’ Saba said.
He reiterated that a ‘spouse does not have a right to expose private and confidential marital and sexual details’ and added: ‘We expect that the motion will be completely denied’.
The lawsuit claims the viral comments have had a devastating impact on Matt’s private life, specifically citing harassment directed at his new wife, Keilani Asmus.

Since splitting from Haley in 2022, Kalil remarried in the summer of 2024, and claims Keilani has received a barrage of disgusting messages on social media regarding his anatomy.
The suit includes screenshots of messages purportedly sent to Asmus, which Kalil claims have become ‘increasingly frequent, disturbing and alarming in nature over time.’
One message sent to the model read: ‘Nah there’s no way she can take 2 coke cans, sorry,’ while another explicitly asked: ‘Does it hurt to walk?’
The couple remain locked in a bitter legal standoff as a judge considers Haley’s request to dismiss the case.
