Practical support to help female founders grow

Grow It NI is a practical business growth programme delivered by Women in Business, designed for 15 female entrepreneurs who are ready to plan the next stage of their business journey.

Over several months, participants will take part in a mix of tailored workshops, peer learning sessions, and one-to-one mentoring. The programme covers areas such as strategy, marketing, sales, finance, and leadership.

Who should apply?

Grow It is a programme designed for female funders who

  • are based in Northern Ireland
  • are running an established business
  • are ready to grow and take their business to the next level
  • want to create a strategic growth plan
  • are looking to build a stronger business strategy
  • want to develop their leadership skills
  • operate in any sector
  • are working solo or with a small team

What will you get?

Grow It NI offers practical support to help you develop and grow your business. 

Benefits include

  • Expert-led workshops. Practical training in key areas including marketing, sales, finance, leadership and strategic planning.
  • Peer networking and collaboration. Connect with other female business owners to exchange ideas and build supportive relationships.
  • One-to-one mentoring. Personalised support from experienced facilitators to help you refine your goals, overcome challenges and move forward.
  • Increased visibility and recognition. Leverage the wider Women in Business network to raise your business profile.

Eligibility Criteria

To apply to Grow It NI you should meet at least one of the following criteria

  • your business has been trading full-time for 3 years or more
  • you have an annual turnover of £30k
  • you have secured a minimum of £30k in other income or investment, if not yet selling

The application deadline is Thursday 8 August at 900am.
