Practical support to help female founders grow
Grow It NI is a practical business growth programme delivered by Women in Business, designed for 15 female entrepreneurs who are ready to plan the next stage of their business journey.
Over several months, participants will take part in a mix of tailored workshops, peer learning sessions, and one-to-one mentoring. The programme covers areas such as strategy, marketing, sales, finance, and leadership.
Who should apply?
Grow It is a programme designed for female funders who
- are based in Northern Ireland
- are running an established business
- are ready to grow and take their business to the next level
- want to create a strategic growth plan
- are looking to build a stronger business strategy
- want to develop their leadership skills
- operate in any sector
- are working solo or with a small team

Eligibility Criteria
To apply to Grow It NI you should meet at least one of the following criteria
- your business has been trading full-time for 3 years or more
- you have an annual turnover of £30k
- you have secured a minimum of £30k in other income or investment, if not yet selling
