Mentoring, networking, leadership, and business growth support for female-owned and female-led businesses
The Go Succeed Female High Growth Programme is designed to support female-led and female-managed businesses in high-growth sectors.
Belfast City Council is committed to closing the gender divide in business, and this fully funded programme offers valuable mentoring and networking opportunities to help scale businesses.
Eligibility criteria
- applicant businesses should be based in the Belfast City Council area and female-owned or female-led
- businesses should be pre-trading or early-stage trading (ie less than 5 years)
- participants should not have availed of Go Succeed mentoring support previously
What does the programme offer?
Businesses will receive
- up to 13 hours of expert one-to-one mentoring
- access to group mentoring and networking sessions
- leadership development and business growth strategy support
- a dynamic network of ambitious female entrepreneurs
Through this support, the programme aims to
- empower female founders and leaders to scale their high-growth business in new and existing markets
- provide expert mentoring to improve leadership skills and develop business growth strategies
- build a strong, dynamic network of ambitious women transforming high-growth sectors
The programme will run until Monday 31 March 2025.
Applications close on Wednesday 5 March 2025.
