Popular NFL content creator and podcast host Annie Agar has shut down concerns from fans about her dramatic weight loss.
Agar posted a picture from an offseason fishing trip on Sunday, showing her proudly holding her catch. But it led to some concern from fans, who thought she had lost a significant amount of weight in recent months.
Agar finally addressed the comments on Tuesday night and revealed a new health and fitness regime is behind her slim figure.
In a video posted to X, she said: ‘I wasn’t even going to address this because I don’t know if it’s worth the time but the comments have gotten a little out of control.
‘I am fine. I don’t let comments bother me. I am very thankful I have a great support system, great roots, good faith. However, I feel like we’re losing the plot a little bit. I just want to make sure you guys are good because I don’t want it to distract from my content.
‘There has been a lot of comment about Ozempic. I am not on Ozempic. Kids, don’t take Ozempic. The funny thing is I am one of the biggest hypochondriacs. I don’t even take Tylenol guys because the side effects freak me out. The side effects of Ozempic would put me in therapy.

‘I have learned recently, and I think we get this from social media because we have access to and can learn so much. I’ve learned calories in, calories out. It’s all math. Losing weight is all math.
‘I cut out refined sugar and alcohol. I do drink once a week, maybe sometimes a little bit more if there’s a country concert. It depends on the week. I just eat whole foods and I incline walk. It has changed my life.
‘So I appreciate the comments if it comes from a good place, if it’s from a place of concern. Sometimes I feel like it might just be rage bait. Words do hurt. I’ve been known to have a bad day or two with comments so just know that I see them.’
Agar, who boasts over two million combined followers between X, Instagram and TikTok, is known for her lighthearted skits and football commentary.

Last offseason, she was left with a broken nose and suspected concussion after fainting in her bathroom following a drive back from St. Louis earlier in the week.
Agar explained she was ‘very dehydrated’ the night that she drove back, and felt very nauseous the next day after waking up. That morning, she went into her bathroom, passed out and hit her head on something – which she didn’t remember at all.
Agar assured fans that she was alright and thanked them for their concerns, though she cracked that she ‘would not recommend’ her predicament.
‘Concussion protocol is no joke, I don’t know how NFL players do it,’ she added.
