The British Library is inviting ambitious Northern Ireland businesses to apply for its free ‘Get Ready for Business Growth’ programme. This rolling programme runs quarterly and is now open for applications for the October to December 2025 cohort.

This intensive three-month programme is designed to help businesses that are ready to grow. It includes nine group workshops and seven tailored one-to-one sessions with specialist consultants. Topics covered include

  • growth mindset
  • strategy
  • branding
  • marketing
  • purpose and sustainability
  • finance
  • innovation
  • intellectual property
  • market research

All sessions will be taking place online, via Zoom or Teams.

To join the programme, you must hold a strategic decision-making position within your business. Admission is competitive and, to qualify, businesses must

  • be UK-based
  • have been trading for at least a year
  • have an annual turnover over £80,000 (if outside London) or £100,000 (if London-based)

Businesses from all sectors are welcome. Participation is free but accepted applicants must commit to a minimum of 20 hours of support during their time on the programme.

You can apply online by Thursday 4 September 2025.

If accepted, you will be invited to book your session times during the week prior to your cohort starting.
