San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle recently gushed about his use of a revolutionary training method which has a bizarre side effect which positively impacts his sex life.
On a recent appearance on the podcast ‘Bussin With the Boys’, Kittle spoke about his use of a Vasper machine to help improve his recovery.
The Vasper system is a recumbent workout bike with pumping handles which requires users to place straps across their body to restrict blood flow.
By doing this on a users legs, arms, and neck, it stimulates the pituitary gland into thinking that they’ve completed an intense, hours-long workout. In reality, it’s only suggested to use the machine for 21 minutes.
Among the benefits of the machine, it tricks the brain into thinking there’s excess inflammation throughout the body – stimulating the production of testosterone to improve recovery, muscle growth, and more.
But it also has one positive side effect for more intimate moments, as Kittle revealed.

But Kittle (seen with wife Claire) says it also causes users to ‘blow huge loads’ during sex
‘I do it a little bit during OTA’s, but as soon as I get back in the summer, it’s like my cardio every day at the end of my workout,’ the tight end said.
‘It also knocks you the f**k out at night, unconscious. You sleep so well, and you have wild dreams, too. It’s awesome.’
But there’s another side effect, as Kittle reveals: ‘The main selling point is you blow huge loads.
‘That’s how it was sold to players. It was like, “Look, it boosts your testosterone, you sleep really well, you’re going to feel great… and you also blow huge loads.”‘
Kittle didn’t buy it at first: ‘I was like “Oh, that’s bulls**t”. Not bulls**t. And then that rumor started going around.’
Kittle has been married to his wife, Claire, since April 2019 after meeting at the University of Iowa.
Claire previously discovered she was pregnant on Christmas Day 2023, but tragically found out the pregnancy was ectopic – requiring surgery to save her life.
However, the couple were named godparents to the son of the family of Nashville Predators forward Filip Forsberg. George has been seen holding the boy, Felix, at times when Filip is playing hockey.
