Join the new Fermanagh and Omagh District Council’s programme to turn your business ideas into ventures

The Female Entrepreneur Programme, launched by the Fermanagh and Omagh District Council, is designed to support women aged 16 to 64.

This programme aims to empower aspiring and early-stage female entrepreneurs through expert-led workshops, one-on-one mentoring, networking opportunities, and access to resources to help transform ideas into sustainable businesses.

Eligibility criteria

To be eligible for this programme, you should

  • currently be unemployed
  • live in the Fermanagh and Omagh District Council area
  • participate in a minimum of four workshops, inspirational talks from local female entrepreneurs and receive mentoring support
  • commit to starting a business by 31 October 2025

To apply for the Female Entrepreneur Programme, complete the application form online.
