Event will help employers create more inclusive workplaces for people with disabilities by showing how reasonable adjustments can and should be applied.

This in-person event focuses on reasonable adjustments and practical ways to create workplaces that are supportive and accessible for disabled employees. The event is hosted by the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland, in partnership with Belfast Business Promise (Belfast City Council), and the Northern Ireland Union of Supported Employment (NIUSE).

Why attend this event?

Employers A&O Shearman and Belfast City Council will share their experiences of reasonable adjustments and the effective approaches they have taken to support disabled colleagues in the workplace.

Representatives from the disability sector and governeent departments will discuss the range of support services and programmes available to support employers and disabled employees.

Who should attend this event?

This event is for employers, business owners, HR professionals, line managers, and diversity and inclusion team leads.
