The European Commission’s annual flagship research and innovation event will take place on 16 and 17 September at The Square in Brussels and online.
This annual forum brings together policymakers, researchers, business leaders, and the wider innovation community to discuss how research and innovation drive Europe’s competitiveness, sustainability, and industrial leadership. The event supports the EU’s top priorities, including green transition, digital transformation, and economic growth.
The 2025 edition will focus on key European Union policies such as the Startup and Scaleup Strategy, the European Life Sciences Strategy, the AI in Science Strategy and the European Innovation and European Research Area Acts. These form part of ongoing discussions on the EU’s next long-term budget.
Attendees can join high-level discussions, panel sessions, and networking opportunities to help shape the future of research and innovation in Europe. Participation is possible both in Brussels and online.
