Eric Dier is in talks over a move to Monaco.
The 31-year old is out of contract at Bayern Munich this summer and had been discussing an extension but Monaco are understood to be willing to offer a much longer deal.
The former Tottenham and England centre back had interest from Monaco prior to his move to the Bundesliga.
Monaco are offering a deal until 2028 with an option for a further year.
Dier has made 25 appearances this season and scored in Bayern’s Champions League exit to Inter Milan. He scored again in last weekend’s 3-0 win over Mainz.
After 10 years of donning the white shirt of Tottenham, Dier made the switch to Bavaria in January 2024.

The English defender has been an important player for Vincent Kompany in recent weeks, starting all of Bayern’s last eight matches.
Dier has made 45 appearances in all competitions for the German giants since his arrival, with 25 of those coming this season.
