The Labour Relations Agency (LRA) is hosting events this autumn to help employers manage staff absences and promote dignity at work.
The LRA events will take place in September and October at their Belfast and Derry~Londonderry offices. The events are aimed at employers, line managers, and those involved in human resources.
Absence management event
This seminar will examine the different types of leave and absences, and best practices as to how to manage them.

Dignity at work events
This seminar addresses the complex and sensitive issues of bullying and harassment in the workplace. It will look at key areas such as the importance of creating a positive culture, how to distinguish bullying from harassment, and dealing with bullying and harassment, including individual and organisational responsibilities.
The dignity at work seminars take place in both Belfast and Derry~Londonderry.
