This event brings together owners, advisors and employee-owned businesses to discuss practical, credible succession options

Employee Ownership Ireland is hosting an in-person event focusing on the succession landscape in Northern Ireland and succession options for businesses. 

The event aims to bring together owners, advisors, and employee-owned businesses to discuss available succession options for businesses. 

In-person attendance is encouraged where possible. Online access is available for those who cannot attend the event. 

What will be covered 

  • the succession landscape in Northern Ireland
  • why employee ownership is gaining traction
  • available funded feasibility support
  • what advisors need to understand now
  • real experiences from businesses that have transitioned 

Those attending the event will be able to 

  • speak directly with owners and advisors
  • ask questions in real time
  • build relationships beyond the session
  • continue conversations over coffee
  • connect with the Employee Ownership Ireland network
