James Maddison and his model girlfriend Kennedy Alexa have revealed they are expecting twins for the second time.
Maddison and Alexa – who began dating in 2020 – welcomed fraternal twins Delilah and Rome in July 2023 after Alexa gave birth to a baby boy named Leo two years earlier.
Following the double delight in 2023, Alexa wrote on social media ‘our family is complete’, but she is now pregnant with twins once more.
She confirmed the news on Instagram on Sunday evening by posting a video of herself alongside Tottenham and England star Maddison with their three children at the beach.
The video starts with Alexa facing away from the camera, before she turns around to reveal her baby bump.
Alexa and Maddison then hold up photos of the baby scan as they pose for pictures with their children.

Maddison wrote a message in the sand as the couple revealed their good news on social media
Maddison proceeds to write the word ‘AGAIN’ into the sand, prior to writing a separate message that reads: ‘Maddison Twins part 2….’
Alexa captioned the post: ‘Beyond blessed. Bring on the chaos.’
It was not long before some of Maddison’s Tottenham team-mates reacted to the exciting news.
Micky van de Ven and Pedro Porro both replied to the video with heart-eyes emojis, while Spurs’ official club account simply put a white heart emoji.
Popstar Olly Murs was also delighted for the couple as he wrote: ‘Wow twins again!! Unbelievable. Huge congratulations.’
English-born Alexa lived in Los Angeles before returning to the UK in 2020, shortly before she met Maddison.
She has 66,000 Instagram followers and has been involved in a number of glamorous fashion shoots, including for American swimwear brand Montce.
Alexa was by Maddison’s side when Spurs won the Europa League by beating Manchester United in the final last month.

Maddison was unable to play in the final due to injury, but was seen celebrating with Alexa on the pitch after the final whistle in Bilbao.
They now have another reason to celebrate as Maddison enjoys some downtime before starting pre-season next month.
A couple having two sets of twins is a rarity, but Maddison is not the first high-profile sports star in this position.
Tennis icon Roger Federer has two sets of twins with his wife, Mirka Vavrinec.
Mirka gave birth to identical girls named Myla Rose and Charlene Riva in 2009, and she then welcomed twin boys Leo and Lenny with Federer five years later.
