Proud Dad Ed Kelce made his way back to his New York hotel in the early hours of Saturday morning after witnessing his youngest son Travis marry Taylor Swift at Madison Square Garden.
Ed, 75, also watched on as his other son Jason stood alongside Travis as his best man, while his granddaughters were flower girls who threw petals over Swift when she walked down the aisle.
But as the clock passed midnight, Ed turned in for the night with the party expected to run until around 4am in the heart of Manhattan. He looked suave in a black suit and bow tie and said the wedding was ‘great’ before security ushered him inside.
It appeared the Kelce patriarch attended his son’s wedding to Taylor Swift solo, despite his new romance with Doree Hepner, a 63-year-old widow and singer more than ten years his junior.
The Daily Mail had previously reported that Swift was worried her now father-in-law would leak details of the top-secret wedding plans in the buildup to the big day.
‘He’s sort of like a loose cannon,’ an insider told Daily Mail in May. ‘Nobody knows what he’s going to say, so it’s kind of a controversial situation.’

But the big day seemingly went off without a hitch as the celebrations ran through into the early hours of the morning.
Ed has always praised Swift, however, and made no secret of his pride at her and his son falling in love.
‘Every (Chiefs) game there’s people crowding outside the front of that suite trying to get a glimpse of Taylor, wanting to meet Taylor,’ Ed told the LA Times in February 2024.
‘Taylor’s very gracious, but she can’t do everything. But if it was up to her she’d be out there with everyone who wants her.’
