Funding for local groups to refresh, refurbish, or make general improvements to existing community facilities.

The closing date for applications is midday on Tuesday 30 June 2026.

Who it is for

Community/voluntary organisations based in the Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council area.

Support you can get

The DIY and Technical Assistance Community Fund enables local groups to refresh, refurbish, or make general improvements to existing community facilities and/or commission professional/technical assistance to explore the potential of expansion and/or upgrades to facilities.

The fund has £70,000 available. Organisations will be able to apply for grants up to a maximum of £1,500. There is no minimum amount requirement.
