£20,000, be awarded from the Paignton allocation of the
Community Infrastructure Levy Fund to People’s Parkfield CIC
for vital remedial work to bring the BMX track to a safe and
usable state at Parkfield, Paignton.
Reasons for the decision:
The
application was considered by the CiL
Spend Panel 1 October 2024 and recommendations were made to the
Divisional Director of Planning, Housing and Climate
Emergency.
Alternative options considered:
An alternative option would have been to
refuse the application, this option was discounted as the
application met the criteria for funding.
Implementation:
This decision will come into force with effect
from 13 December 2024.
