Northern Ireland contact centres are being encouraged to get involved in the new Pre-Employment Training Programme.

Contact Centre Network NI (CCNNI) is running a new Pre-Employment Training Programme aimed at helping unemployed individuals transition into customer service careers.

How contact centres can get involved

CCNNI is calling on Northern Ireland contact centres to support this new initiative by committing to interview programme participants for real job vacancies once they successfully complete training.

The programme begins in February 2026 and runs through to March 2027, giving contact centre organisations access to motivated, trained candidates while strengthening their corporate social responsibility (CSR) impact.

If your organisation is hiring now or in the near future, then CCNNI would love to hear from you. For further information, email [email protected].
