Membrey and Emily took to Instagram on Monday to announce the news, also publishing a snap of their baby boy alongside his older sisters Emily and Wren.

The comments on the post were filled with congratulations messages, with Collingwood writing: ‘Huge congrats.’

His Magpies team-mate Tom Mithell added a ‘love heart’ emoji, while ex-St Kilda team-mates, Liam Stocker and Cooper Sharman also sent felicitations.

‘Congratulations guys! So pleased for you,’ Stocker wrote. Sharman added: ‘Congrats guys!’

The pair revealed they were expecting their third child back in December, after the 31-year-old key forward, who was delisted by St Kilda at the end of last season, announced he would be signing for Collingwood.

Membrey has enjoyed a fast start with the Magpies, having returned 24 goals across 16 matches.

The 31-year-old had turned out for Collingwood in their three-point defeat by Gold Coast on Friday night, booting a brace of goals during the match

It continued his hot vein of scoring, with the former St Kilda star having scored two goals in each of his last four matches for the Magpies.
