The ‘World’s Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party’ turned violent on Saturday when one fan at the Georgia-Florida game in Jacksonville threatened to attack police before hurling racial slurs and death threats at officers during a physical altercation.
Police initially responded to reports that a fan made a threat to a stadium security guard in Jacksonville. As seen in footage from Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office body cameras, a white male later identified as 39-year-old Walter Brown was approached by two officers – one white, one black – who informed him he was on ‘private property’ and ‘they want you to leave.’
On Saturday, a 15-second clip of the incident went viral, but Jacksonville police have since added more context by releasing body cam footage showing Brown being uncooperative with officers.
‘You remember I told ya, I’m either going to kill a cop or not leave,’ Brown said, according to a closed-captioning transcript from the police footage.
One officer sustained a minor injury during the confrontation with Brown, whose voice was described as ‘intoxicated/slurred’ in the police report provided to DailyMail.com. Brown is facing counts of battery, resisting an officer with violence, disorderly intoxication/public disturbance and trespass on property of another/defies order to leave.

The incident reportedly began with Brown accusing a stadium worker of ‘kidnapping’ his children. Police were then called in when Brown refused to leave.
He is seen antagonizing officers throughout much of the clip. When one officer drew his taser, the suspect told him to ‘tase me.’
A woman in a Georgia Bulldogs shirt was seen trying to reason with Brown throughout the encounter, but her relationship to the suspect is also unclear.
‘You might get arrested,’ she said. ‘Stop it right now.’
When officers asked the suspect to stand, Brown demanded to know ‘what my crime was.’
One officer explained he was guilty of ‘trespassing,’ prompting Brown to react angrily, claiming a woman ‘tried to kidnap my kids.’
He continued, angrily telling officers he wouldn’t leave ‘with all five my kids here.’
There did not appear to be any children in the police footage, but that point quickly became immaterial after Brown threated an officer named D.J. Bowers.
‘I’ll go to jail,’ Brown said. ‘I don’t give a f***, cause I’m going to f***ing beat you’re a** if I’m going back to jail, D.J. Bowers.’
Bowers calmly responded: ‘Dude, you’re not going to do that. I promise.’
When the other officer, who is African American, tried to grab Brown, the suspect snapped, ‘don’t touch me’ before using the n-word.

The officers responded by tasing Brown, who fumbled around for a bit in a doomed effort to take the electrodes out of his chest.
Brown then fought off officers as they tried to handcuff him, resulting in an all-out melee between the three.
‘Now you want some, n*****?’ Brown asked. ‘Pull the gun out, n*****.’
The African-American officer, identified on tape as ‘Officer Kelly,’ calmly responded: ‘Come on, you’re going to jail.’
Brown was tasered again, only this time Kelly moved in for the attack. After several minutes of struggling, Bowers and Kelly placed handcuffs on Brown, who suffered a bloodied eye and ripped shirt during the fracas.
Brown still offered a few more racial slurs as he was taken away in handcuffs.
Although some fans were concerned after the short, 15-second clip emerged online – with some suggestion police were somehow wrong — Jacksonville Sheriff T.K. Waters has since released a statement in support of the two officers.
‘In the first incident, the suspect was asked multiple times to leave and threatened the officers attempting to remove him,’ the sheriff’s office said Monday.
‘The suspect later grabbed one officer´s firearm. In the second incident, three suspects were asked to leave due to aggressive behavior toward other fans. They then became combative with officers, with one individual grabbing an officer´s face and holding onto his service belt.’

Brandon Boley was also arrested for his alleged roll in a physical altercation with police
Although Brown is from nearby Callahan, Florida, the 39-year-old may be a Georgia fan. He was seen sitting among other Bulldogs supporters in Jacksonville while wearing a shirt reading ‘Kendall Milton,’ which is the name of a Georgia running back.
Furthermore, Brown was initially seen wearing a hat with the ‘G’ emblazoned across the crown.
Brown’s incident was not the only arrest at Saturday’s Georgia-Florida game, which the Bulldogs won, 34-20.
Alexander and Michael Long as well as a man named Brandon Boley were arrested after a fight in the crowd.
Jacksonville Mayor Donna Keegan has since issued a statement on Saturday’s violence.
‘I’m aware of several disturbing videos circulating from yesterday’s game. I have spoken to Sheriff Waters and the incidents are under investigation. We are awaiting the outcome of that investigation.’
