Circular 010/2019 Firearms Regulations 2019 and the Firearms (Amendment) (No.2) Rules 2019

The need to notify possession or transfer of deactivated firearms will be revoked when the Firearms (Revocation, Consequential Amendment and Saving Provision) Regulations come into force on 4 March 2026.
