Los Angeles Chargers head coach Brandon Staley snapped at reporters after the team’s loss to the Green Bay Packers on Sunday.
A reporter pointed out to Staley how he keeps saying the same things in press conferences, but the Chargers aren’t improving.
That elicited an angry response from Staley, who said: ‘We gotta bring this group together and do it consistently and that’s where its at. So you can stop asking that question.’
‘I’m going to be calling the defenses, so we’re clear, so you don’t have to ask that again,’ Staley further snapped at a member of the press.
Los Angeles is 4-6, with Staley’s employment with the team getting more scrutinized with every loss.

The Chargers have underperformed all season long with playoff aspirations slipping away
Staley is on the hot seat and that could’ve led to his outburst with a reporter after Sunday’s loss
The Chargers have been inconsistent for this entire season going on five separate two-game streaks.
Three two-game losing streaks and a pair of two-game win streaks make up Los Angeles’ 2023 to this point.
That includes Sunday’s 23-20 loss to the Packers.
The Chargers entered the season with lofty expectations to challenge Kansas City and others atop the AFC, with them falling well short thus far.
Things won’t get any easier for Staley’s chances to turn things around in Hollywood, as his team’s next game is against the Baltimore Ravens next Sunday.
