Police officers are searching for a mystery graffiti artist who tagged a bizarre message on a London wall.

CCTV footage shared by Hammersmith and Fulham Council on Thursday (21 May) shows the suspect approaching the wall in Shepherd’s Bush and writing “I farted in yoga”. He also drew an accompanying image.

School children can be seen observing his work as the suspect leaves the scene.

The council has confirmed that they have since removed the tag but are asking anyone with information on the suspect to come forward. They said that a police investigation has been launched.

The Independent has reached out to the Metropolitan Police for comment.
