Cardi B fired off a heated message as she confirmed her breakup from Stefon Diggs onstage on Sunday night.

Split rumors have swirled around the rapper and the NFL star since the Super Bowl, when Cardi – who gave birth to their son in November – dropped hints that the couple was no longer together.

And the ‘I Like It’ hitmaker confirmed the speculation during her Little Miss Drama Tour in Los Angeles at the weekend.

However, just because the 33-year-old is no longer with the New England Patriots wide receiver doesn’t mean that she doesn’t have his back.

The artist came out swinging as she defended the wideout from recent criticism from BIA, calling out her rap rival before launching into her diss track ‘Pretty & Petty.’

‘Let me tell you something, just because I ain’t f***ing with my baby daddy doesn’t mean you get to talk about my baby daddy, b****! This for you, b****!’ Cardi said in a video shared by a concert-goer online.

The fiery moment appeared to be a response to BIA’s recent social media post, which hit out at Cardi’s latest insulting stunt at her expense.

During her concerts, Cardi has gotten her fans to stay silent after the lyric, ‘Name five BIA songs, gun pointed to your head.’ She closes the moment with the lyric, ‘Bow! I’m dead.’

‘Can u (sic) name someone with more [baby mamas] than receiving yards? I can! and I know that… ykwnvm(you know what, never mind),’ BIA wrote, referring to Diggs.

It has been a turbulent year for the wide receiver on a personal level, with his family growing significantly in 2025.

Diggs welcomed daughter Charliee Harper with Aileen Lopera in April followed by two more children with other women.

Lopera recently dropped a paternity and child support lawsuit after DNA tests confirmed Diggs as the father, and the receiver has since acknowledged the child’s status.

Meanwhile, Cardi also gave birth to her first child with Diggs in November 2025, shortly after the couple publicly confirmed their relationship.

The rapper previously filed for divorce from her former husband Offset in July 2024 and shares three children with him: Kulture, 7, Wave, 4, and one-year-old Blossom.

The couple have been linked since early last year and went public with their relationship in May when they were spotted courtside together at a New York Knicks game.

However, they are believed to have split shortly before the Patriots’ 29-13 Super Bowl defeat to the Seattle Seahawks.

Cardi first raised eyebrows when she delivered a frosty pregame message to the football star before the Super Bowl.

When approached by an ESPN reporter before kickoff and asked to share an ‘inspiring message to Stefon’, the Grammy-winning rapper, 33, appeared unimpressed.

Cardi smirked, paused, and offered a curt: ‘Good luck,’ before walking off without adding anything further.

She appeared to drop another big hint that the couple was no longer together when she took to Instagram on Tuesday to share a recap of her gameday experience.

Many fans pointed out that she had nothing to say about the upset loss. Instead, she shared a video of herself dancing at the game after she was one of the many stars who made surprise appearances for Bad Bunny’s halftime show.
