Funding to support, promote, and develop good relations projects throughout the Causeway Coast and Glens area.
Who it is for
Applications can be made by not-for-profit community and voluntary organisations that are based in, or have their main activities based in, the Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council area.
Organisations include
- Minority ethnic groups
- Community development groups
- Cultural organisations (eg Historical societies, bands, etc)
- Women’s / men’s groups
- Children or young adult groups
- Playgroups, and parent and toddler groups
- Senior citizens groups
- Faith-based groups
- Other organisations involved in community relations, reconciliation and cultural diversity
- Umbrella organisations provided that their work takes place at a local level
Support you can get
The Building a United Community Fund has been designed to support, promote, and develop good relations projects throughout the Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council area.
Organisations applying for funding for projects will have to demonstrate how their organisation contributes to the Good Relations aims
- Our Children and Young People
- Our Shared Community
- Our Safe Community
- Our Cultural Expression
Up to 100% of total project costs will be available for eligible projects up to a value of £1,500.
This is a rolling fund and will remain open throughout the year until the budget is expended, at which point the fund will close for applications.
