Jena Sims, the wife of golf star Brooks Koepka, produced a brutal putdown to an online troll over a picture she posted in a bikini on Thursday.

Koepka and Sims have been in the headlines in recent weeks following the golf star’s shock decision to leave LIV Golf and make a dramatic return to the PGA Tour.

His comeback was made official at the Farmers Insurance Open at Torrey Pines on Thursday – but he failed to break par on the tough South course.

Despite this, Koepka says he’s fallen back in love with golf and, while he continues to make strides on the course, Sims is enjoying supporting the 35-year-old’s endeavors.

The actress and model has been active as ever on social media and recently shared an update on her Dry January journey – which she did while wearing just a bikini.

While the post was simply to alert fans as to what she’s ‘noticed’ about her health since giving up drinking this month, some followers were not happy.

One comment read: ‘Wow how can your hubby let you be online like this??’

Sims swiftly clapped back and put the ‘hater’ on blast as she pinned his comment in a separate video, which she captioned: ‘I found one that doesn’t require permission’.

The model and the five-time major winner, who tied the knot in 2022, welcomed their son, Crew, in July 2023.

Jena – who was a Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model in 2024 and an actress most known for her role in the Sharknado movies – is often photographed supporting Brooks at his golf events.

Just seven hours later, she returned to her Instagram story to share a picture on board an airplane with son Crew.

The caption to the post read: ‘Time to go cheer on Dada’.

Koepka, who announced he was walking away from the final 12 months of his LIV deal shortly before Christmas, had been expected to serve a suspension in order to end his four-year exile from the PGA Tour.

However, the American circuit seemingly lowered their guns as a means of reacquainting themselves with one of the biggest names in the game.

Koepka recently completed a dramatic comeback to the PGA Tour after leaving LIV Golf

In announcing his PGA Tour comeback, Koepka, who cited family reasons as part of the decision to leave LIV, said: ‘I want to thank my family and my team for their continued support throughout every step of my professional career. When I was a child, I always dreamed about competing on the PGA Tour.

‘I am just as excited today to announce that I am returning to the PGA Tour. Being closer to home and spending more time with my family makes this opportunity especially meaningful to me.

‘I believe in where the PGA Tour is headed with new leadership, new investors, and an equity program that gives players a meaningful ownership stake. I also understand there are financial penalties associated with this decision, and I accept those. Finally, I want to thank the fans. Your support means more to me today than ever before, and I look forward to seeing you soon at the Farmers Insurance Open and WM Phoenix Open.’

Koepka’s return is not a huge surprise – he was long rumored to be suffering ‘buyer’s remorse’ after his initial decision to join LIV for a signing fee in the region of $100m.
