Travis Kelce’s stolen watch has been recovered by police after his $6million mansion was burglarized last month, according to reports.
Both Kelce and his Kansas City Chiefs teammate Patrick Mahomes saw their luxury properties raided by thieves in the space of 24 hours, with an FBI investigation leading cops to believe a South American crime ring is responsible.
While Patrick is said to have lost jerseys, medals, trophies, awards and more, Travis reportedly had $100,000 in jewelry and his first ever Super Bowl jersey taken from his home in Leawood, Kansas.
According to ABC News, via Michigan radio station WCSY, authorities have now found a watch belonging to Kelce in Providence, Rhode Island this week.
Police had not previously disclosed that a watch was stolen from the Chiefs tight end’s pad, though they did confirm that $20,000 in cash was taken.
Following the burglaries at Kelce and Mahomes’ properties, the NFL sent a security alert to team security directors and the players’ union this week about organized and skilled criminals that are targeting the homes of professional athletes.

The FBI is convinced that the thieves going after sports stars are part of a wider underworld organization, meaning players have been warned to take extra precautions at their homes.
Reports suggest Kelce and Mahomes may have been two victims in a ‘calculated’ spree following other burglaries involving athletes near Minneapolis and Milwaukee.
Burglars are said to have targeted Mahomes’ Belton pad at around midnight on October 6. Kelce’s home across the border in Kansas was then broken into shortly after on October 7, the day the Chiefs faced the New Orleans Saints at Arrowhead Stadium with Taylor Swift watching on in the stands.
Earlier this month, NBA star Bobby Portis said thieves broke in and took ‘most of his prized possessions’ while he was on court for the Milwaukee Bucks.
Following the burglaries, Mahomes is said to have wasted no time in trying to ensure there was no repeat of the burglary at his Belton mansion.
It’s claimed the 29-year-old beefed up security at the house just days later, while his gated community has also taken extra measures to avoid any more break-ins.
The crooks are also believed to have swiped jewelry and designer bags belonging to his wife Brittany when they ransacked his property last month.
‘Obviously, it’s frustrating. It’s disappointing,’ Mahomes said about the burglary last week.
‘Obviously something that you don’t want to have happen to really anybody. But obviously yourself.’
