Jake Paul secured another win over another iconic boxing name with a unanimous points victory over Julio Cesar Chavez Jr on Saturday night.

Chavez Jr. is the son and namesake of one of boxing’s greatest ever fighters but the 39-year-old barely laid a glove on Paul for the first half of the fight.

Instead, YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul dominated his opponent for long periods as boos rang out in Anaheim, California.

Chavez Jr. showed flashes of life in the closing rounds but he was powerless to prevent Paul from improving his professional record to 12-1.

‘The Problem Child’ withstood a messy late barrage to keep alive his hopes of landing fights with some of boxing’s biggest names.

Paul, who was fighting for the first time since his controversial clash with Mike Tyson, won by scores of 99-91, 97-93 and 98-92.
