Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott has declared himself a ‘full go’ for training camp following his season-ending hamstring injury last year.

Prescott, 31, missed the final nine games of the season for Dallas, but participated in the team’s offseason program this spring.

And he’s told ESPN that he has no limitations heading into training camp.

‘I’m healthy as I’ll be,’ Prescott said from his football camp. ‘I’ll be full go for camp. I’m healthy. Yeah, I think soon here I’ll probably get the official sign off from doc, but I’m healthy.’

The Cowboys’ training camp begins on July 20.

Prescott was sidelined for more than half of last season with a hamstring tear, which he suffered on November 3.

Dak Prescott said he is a ‘full go’ for training camp after participating in the Dallas offseason program

The shortened season came a year after Prescott’s best-ever year with the Cowboys, as he threw for 4,516 yards and 36 touchdowns against just nine interceptions.

After the Cowboys went 7-10 last year, the team traded for former Steelers receiver George Pickens – and Prescott came away impressed with him after the quarterback spent time working with skill position players in Georgia.

‘Great dude, loves his teammates and excited as hell for this season,’ Prescott told ESPN.

‘I know he is and I know he’s happy to be in a fresh new spot and excited for what he’s going to do for us.’

Pickens averaged 947 receiving yards per season in his three years with Pittsburgh, but has developed a reputation for being undisciplined on the field due to his repeated unsportsmanlike conduct on the field.
