An Atalanta supporter was reportedly stabbed to death after clashing with Inter Milan fans.
According to Reuters, the clash occurred between the two sets of fans in Bergamo on Saturday night.
After the groups clashed in a pub, the violence spilled out onto the streets with the Atalanta fan being stabbed in the back.
A suspect in his late teens was arrested, with police finding a knife close to the deceased.
Although emergency services quickly attended the scene they were unable to keep the fan alive.
Atalanta fans paid tribute to 26-year-old Riccardo Claris during the match away to Monza on Sunday.
