A woman’s body found in a lake has been formally identified as that of Rachel Booth.
The 38-year-old mother disappeared in the early hours of Saturday after she was last seen by her family in Barnton, Cheshire.
Cheshire Police said a body had been found in a lake in Oakmere, about eight miles (13km) away.
The force said there were not believed to be any suspicious circumstances surrounding her death.
A police spokesman said the woman’s body was found following “extensive searches” in the Oakmere area, which involved underwater search teams.
Her family has been notified and is being supported by specialist officers, police said.
Wild Shore Delamere, which offers outdoor activities at the lake, was closed during the search operation.
The activity centre said it would remain closed on Tuesday “as a mark of respect” following the discovery of Ms Booth’s body.
