Police have confirmed that a body discovered in woodland in Banknock, near Falkirk, a week ago is 19-year-old Cole Cooper.
Cole’s body was found four weeks after he went missing following a night out with friends.
Police Scotland said that his death was being treated as unexplained and extensive inquiries were ongoing to establish the full circumstances.
A vigil to commemorate Cole, of Banknock, will be held in the village on Sunday evening.
