Bianca Censori is designing jewelry again.

And, though only two pieces have yet been shared on her website, they’re quite — well — sterile.

In extremely literal terms (their names dictate what your eyes have already registered), she has debuted the “Scalpel Bracelet” ($2,100) and the “Speculum Cuff” ($2,250).

The description of the Speculum Cuff reads, “A narrow sterling-silver cuff with clean, curved edges and a mirrored finish. The form is inspired by the functional contours of a medical speculum.”

The Speculum Cuff, $2,250.
The Scalpel Bracelet, $2,100.

The description of the Scalpel Bracelet is similar: “Inspired by the precision of a scalpel, this bracelet sits close to the wrist with a structured minimal profile and a mirror finish.”

Censori, who has been married to Kanye West since 2022, is an architect and designer by trade, though she created the Nylons Jewelry brand in 2013.

Though her post-high school foray into jewelry design shuttered after only a few years, it seems as though the designer is ready to re-enter the space.

Censori is well-known for her head-turning fashion choices, so the fact that her latest venture is inspired by medical tools like speculums and scalpels should surprise no one.

At the beginning of the year, the 30-year-old attended the Grammy Awards wearing nothing but an incredibly sheer, nude mesh mini dress, taking the naked dress to the next level.

Ironically, she wasn’t wearing any jewelry.

And then again this fall, she was spotted in Melbourne wearing a series of pantless lingerie looks while out and about with her family.

With only two pieces available at the moment, it’s unclear whether these new jewelry designs represent Censori’s next artistic chapter or simply an edgy drop that will remain a peculiar little duo.

If there is more to come, could we soon be wearing a forceps necklace or a surgical scissor ring?

Only time will tell.
