Support to discover, develop, and fast-track entrepreneurial talent among 16 to 24-year-olds.

The deadline for applications is 5pm on Friday 10 October 2025.

Who it is for

Applicants must

  • have, or their business must have, a Belfast City Council postcode
  • have a business that is currently trading or is on course to be trading within the next 12 months (by 31 October 2026)
  • be at least 16 years old and no older than 24 by point of application
  • be available to attend the half-day workshops

Support you can get

The Belfast Young Entrepreneurs to Watch programme is a three-month initiative designed to discover, develop and fast-track entrepreneurial talent among 16 to 24-year-olds.

The programme combines hands-on workshops with exclusive mentoring from high-profile business leaders, providing a powerful platform for young innovators ready to make their mark.

The workshops will take place during November and December 2025.

The programme will end with a city centre showcase event, where participants will pitch their ventures for the chance to win a £2,000 funding boost to help bring their ideas to life.
