First leg recap…
The first leg took place a little over a week ago at St James’ Park, with Newcastle coming within minutes of a famous victory.
They always seem to step it up in these games. In a close-fought match, Harvey Barnes found the opener just minutes from time, but Lamine Yamal had the last laugh, scoring from the spot deep into stoppage time.
And that brings us to tonight. Eddie Howe’s side have a huge task on their hands, heading to the Camp Nou to try and get a win.
There’s little doubt that Barca are the favourites – but that won’t bother Newcastle too much.
