- Announcement has been made in STUNNING social media post
Footage in a new social media post has confirmed Western Bulldogs captain Marcus Bontempelli is set to become a dad for the first time.
The video, posted by wife Neila, with the song ‘She’s Got You High’ played in the background, has revealed the process of how the AFL veteran became aware he is going to be a father to a baby girl.
It starts off with Marcus, and the expectant mother walking into their backyard with a white cake, which has the words ‘BB is…’ on top.
Marcus then brings the cake over to Neila, who is sitting down on the edge of a spa, before joining her with his feet in the water.
After positively embracing with each other, and their dog Mya, Marcus is seen cutting into the cake, and taking a piece from it, which is revealed to be pink.
The social media post has since received 12,000 likes, with many of Bontempelli’s current and former teammates wishing the happy couple congratulations.
