Arsenal continued their impressive European form with a 3-0 victory over Dinamo Zagreb on Wednesday night.
Mikel Arteta’s side strolled to victory in the Champions League clash thanks to goals from Declan Rice, Kai Havertz and Martin Odegaard in north London.
Midfielder Rice opened the scoring in the second minute of the match with a smashing finishing from close range, before wheeling away in celebration.
In the second-half, Havertz rose highest to head home from a Gabriel Martinelli cross and, in turn, secure all three points for the hosts. Odegaard added the third late on.
The result takes them up to third in the Champions League table – behind Liverpool and Barcelona – as they focus their attention to the knockout stages.

ARSENAL (4-3-3)
DAVID RAYA: 6.5
Quiet night in terms of saves, but had to stay alert around his box because of the potential of counter-attacks.
JURRIEN TIMBER: 6
Some good drives into threatening areas, but occasionally panicked at the back. Dispossessed on 35 minutes which could have been costly.
JAKUB KIWIOR: 6
Nervy but got through. Tackled at the back after 33 minutes which presented the opposition with a chance. Provided cover when required.
GABRIEL: 7
Came close to scoring a few times with his head from corners. Solid at the back and key to the clean sheet.
OLEKSANDR ZINCHENKO: 6.5
Really fancied his rare chance on the pitch. Energetic and showed good technique on the ball.
MARTIN ODEGAARD: 6.5
Classy inside pass to Declan Rice should have amounted to more. Aside from that, not many other clear-cut chances he created. Got a tap-in in injury time.
Martin Odegaard struggled to create chances before finding the back of the net late on
JORGINHO: 6.5
Marshalled the area in front of the backline. Linked up well with Kai Havertz, providing him with a chipped pass which the German should have converted in first half.
DECLAN RICE: 7.5
Set the tone with his early half-volley strike. An attacking display and got crosses into the box, too.
RAHEEM STERLING: 6
Still to discover his best form. Made the odd mazy run forward but didn’t really take on players successfully.
KAI HAVERTZ: 8
Set up Rice’s early strike and nodded in a goal himself. Kept lively around the box, providing opportunities for his team-mates or going close with his own efforts.
GABRIEL MARTINELLI: 8.5
Top all round display. His early cross to Havertz helped set up Rice’s goal, and in the second half he teed up Havertz with a pinpoint cross full of pace and curve.
Kai Havertz was providing opportunities for his team-mates and before scoring on the night

His team are now on the cusp of securing a top-eight spot in the Champions League which will mean avoiding a play-off tie. In this packed schedule, that is significant.
