Goalkeeper Altay Bayindir has retained his place in the starting lineup for Manchester United’s game away to Fulham.

Bayindir keeps his place despite his error against Arsenal last weekend and the fact that Andre Onana is back available, with the latter named on the bench.

United are in talks with Royal Antwerp goalkeeper Senne Lammens over a move.

The only alteration to the United starting lineup sees Amad Diallo come into the side in place of Diogo Dalot.

United target Lammens was in the stands for Antwerp’s 2-1 win against Mechelen on Sunday as he closes in on a £17million move to Old Trafford.

Onana was let out of the squad for United’s opening game of the season last weekend as they were beaten were beaten 1-0 by Arsenal.

Bayindir received much criticism for his performance in that game, especially regarding Riccardo Calafiori’s goal with a header from a corner.

Onana has found consistency hard to come by since joining United from Ajax in 2023.

The shot-stopper has made 101 appearances for United but doesn’t appear to be a major part of Ruben Amorim’s plans.
