I was fortunate to find my dress so quickly! It was satin, elegant, and had puffy sleeves—sleeves were a must for the big day! I’d always dreamed of having Jimmy Choos for my wedding, but when it came down to it, I just couldn’t justify the price! So, I ended up buying a pair of shoes from Amazon. They had a super cute bow and were a block heel, making them super comfy for the entire day. All my jewellery was minimal since I don’t wear a lot normally—I wanted the dress to be the main focus! My veil was covered in beautiful pearls, and I wore freshwater pearl drop earrings from Chisholm Hunter. When I was about 13, my Nan and Grandad bought me a bottle of Yves Saint Laurent Cinema perfume, so I made sure to wear it on my wedding day to feel like they were still with me.

My bridesmaids wore champagne gold—it was all about everyone feeling elegant and classy! All of my friends have quite a minimal style. I gave my bridesmaids a color palette and let them choose any dress they liked, and funnily enough, they all picked the same one!

For Pete and his groomsmen, it was always going to be black tie—it’s timeless.
